By accessing or using VancouverCanyon at yarnbridge.com you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
VancouverCanyon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. We will post a prominent notice on the homepage for 30 days following any material amendment.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
VancouverCanyon is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By confirming the age gate, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user we reasonably believe to be under 18.
Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minor children from accessing this platform. VancouverCanyon provides an age-gate on every first visit as a measure against underage access, but this mechanism is not a substitute for parental supervision.
VancouverCanyon is a free social entertainment platform. The cluster cascade game involves virtual credits that have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold, or exchanged for anything of real-world worth. No real money is involved, no prizes are awarded, and no gambling services are offered.
The visual format of the cluster cascade game resembles certain patterns used in real-money gaming. This resemblance is intentional for entertainment purposes and does not constitute a representation that the platform offers gambling services. Nothing in these terms, the game interface, or any communication from VancouverCanyon should be interpreted as an offer of gambling services.
Virtual credits are provided at no cost. They automatically replenish when a session balance falls below a functional minimum. They have no purchase price, redemption value, or exchange rate.
You may access VancouverCanyon for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may share links to the platform publicly. You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the game logic; use automated tools to access or interact with the platform at scale; attempt to extract virtual credits via technical exploits; use the platform to facilitate real-money transfers between users; misrepresent the platform’s nature to third parties.
We reserve the right to block access from any IP address or region without notice if we detect misuse patterns that could harm the platform or other users.
All content on VancouverCanyon — including the game logic, CSS design, graphic assets, copy, and code — is the property of VancouverCanyon or its licensors. The Noto Color Emoji symbols used in the game are licensed under Apache 2.0 / Creative Commons Attribution. Bootstrap 5.3.3 is used under the MIT License. Third-party licenses are reproduced in full in our source code.
You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any VancouverCanyon content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
VancouverCanyon is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the platform, absence of errors, or that virtual credits will persist across all sessions. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service with or without advance notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VancouverCanyon is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including loss of virtual credits due to technical issues. Because virtual credits have no monetary value, no financial claim can arise from their loss.
